H\I woke p this morning with a flat rash..2 to 3 hours later it went away. 2 - 3 hours later it came back. What could be causing this? It isn't that itchy. It is only on my legs.
Hi. This sounds like a variant of cold urticaria which is somewhat of an allergic reaction to temperature change but doesn't result in an itchy rash. Nothing really serious and it may not be a problem after a day or two. Antihistamines like benadryl or Claritin can be used in addition to the prednisone.

Ok. It itches till I put the cream on. And the rash is on the middle of my inner leg above and below knee and upper thigh.
