Pain is lower right. At panty line. It is burning pain and some back pain. Is better in morning and worse as day goes on. Some nausea but not often. Have had H Pyloric 6 months ago.
On no meds now. Urination is often but no fever and not painful.
Have no insurance so trying natural remedies is better

Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.

As per your description, possible differential diagnosis may include Renal calculi(stone),Urinary tract infection,Irritable Bowel syndrome,Nerve impingement at lumbosacral spine.

You should drink plenty of fluids and start cranberry juice.

Also take OTC Tylenol.

You should apply warm compresses with a heating pad on affected area.

Gentle massage with topical analgesic ointment on lower back can provide relief.

Take metamucil.

You can try over the counter medication called Cystex that you can buy at places like WalMart for a few days.

If your symptoms'll persist more than 3-5 days then make an appointment with your nearby doctor.

In case, pain is severe then visit ER.

Hope this helps.
