When did the symptoms start?

Do you have any past illness?

Did you consult doctor?

Did you have any test?

Did you take any medicine?

i'm diebetic and I had surgery some years ago to remove a fibroademoma. I've visited to Dr yet, not test, only diabetic meds

Thank you Joan, for the information,

The throbbing sensation & pain in left breast area can be due to different factors.

Heart causes like an irregular rhythm, higher rate, angina or ischemia of heart can cause it,

It can also be felt in the arm, back.

The sensation can vary as discomfort, tightness, pain.

In diabetics the heart issues are more frequent.

Other causes can be muscle spasm or twitching, nerve impingement etc.

Anxiety, stress can be associated.

As heart issues are of serious concern, you need to rule those out.

I would suggest to take an examination by doctor without delay.

You need to take a few tests.

EKG, chest X ray, blood tests should be considered.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.
