Thanks a lot for your input.
I am sorry to hear about your problem.
According to the duration of your symptoms and as per absence of symptoms i asked for, i don't suspect anything serious in your case.
Yes i agree that heart, liver and kidney diseases can cause this but there has to be symptoms which present with the swelling.
Many a times this swelling is without any cause and it gets better itself.
you just have to follow few steps.
Don't sit for long with legs hanging on chair.
Sleep with a pillow under feet.
Don't sit for long and try to move around in between.
High sodium is not the likely cause in your case.
aww ok i see
i had a full cardio echo and treadmill test about a year ago and i was perfect so thats why i didnt think it was heart
Well with heart problem, the swelling should be extensive (although not necessarily) but the breathlessness is usually there too.
Because fluids in heart problem gets accumulated in lungs too to cause breathlessness specially while lying down.
So i think it's too early with these symptoms to suspect anything serious.
Just keep yourself under observation and if swelling goes away after following my advise, nothing else will be required.
If it worsen then see your doctor but i am hopeful that you will remain ok.
ok thanks doc im thankful for your service
