6 months i been back into the high intense stuff after being off the scene for a decade!

frustrating stuff... im not nearly in shape of a 40+ year old

restarting after such a long time can have caused this injury

i think its more the ability for my muscles to recover i would like some advice on strengthening legs or advance tecniques on leg exercises if i had hamstring issue i would know i think

these exercises will make the muscles stronger and allow quicker recovery
