How large are the bugs?
Scabies mite is very small.
Female mite is about 0.3-0.4 mm in length.
The male one is half of that.
If the bug is not that small, it may not be scabies.
Still you can take it to doctor.
Doctor can examine it.
Scabies typically cause burrows.
There can be pustules or secondary infection too.
So you can continue the medicines prescribed by doctor, meanwhile.

The bug is just barely visible. It less than a millimeter.
Also, I do have a raised, hard bump on my belt line that's been there for a month or so that has been receding. It's sore and looks like a blood blister.
