Hello,

Associated burning sensation and pain during urination?

Associated frequent urination?

History of trauma?

Pain,numbness radiating in legs?

History of Arthritis?

Any other medical history?

Are you taking any medications?

Since how long have you been suffering from?

Is pain sharp or dull?

no pain or burning, just got finished with a z-pak for congestion , and yes I use symbicort, Xanax, omeprazole, and just using Ensure drinks per my Dr request , this started this morning and comes and goes I also take Gabapentin 600 mg at night and took an Ibuprofen 200 mg this morning

Sorry for late reply and inconvenience.

Pain in lower back can be caused due to possible causes like Muscle strain,Arthritic degenerative changes in lumbosacral spine,Renal calculi.

You should do gentle massage with muscle relaxant ointment and apply warm compresses on affected area with a heating pad.

Contine Ibuprofen 200 mg every 4-6 hourly to relieve pain.

Take proper rest.

Avoid any strenuous physical activity for a while.

Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.

If your symptoms get worse over the time or persist then consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

what is Renal calculi
