Thank you Bree, for the information.

Baker's cyst, as you know is due to a collection of fluid.

Collection of fluid can be seen in different conditions.

Injury to cartilage/ joint can cause it.

Arthritis is a common cause of Baker's cyst.

You have taken anti inflammatory pain medicines.

Aspiration has also been done.

Now, the cause needs to be corrected.

If you can not take surgery now, then you need to continue with the conservative measures.

Cyst can recur after aspiration.

Rest to the joint, application of heat can be helpful to relieve the pain.

Doctor can change the analgesics or increase its dose.

You can try tylenol for pain.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.

Please feel free for any follow up query.

thank you for the reply. Can I have a prescription for a pain killer ?
I am sorry, I understand your problem..

Prescription can not be made without examination of patient physically & on line.

It is not legal.

If you can not see your doctor in person, you can take over the counter pain medicines.

You can take ibuprofen or naproxen or tylenol.
