I have acute panic disorder. No swelling or redness. It's in my right foot. Some lower back pain . On and off stuffy nose. No vomiting some nausea some dizziness. The foot tingle five hours the rest of this two days. No pain in calf or leg. Foot tingle is ontop of foot where ankle is the tendon that connects foot to leg it's in that one spot. By now though everything feels like its starting to tingle I'm so worried.

Hello,
Thanks for providing more information.

Firstly i want to assure you that your young age, chances of any serious health condition like Heart attack are very less likely.

Tingling sensation in foot can be associated with nerve compression at it's path so it's intermittent.

And it can be associated with lower back pain.

Other possible cause may include Tendonitis.

So you can take OTC Tylenol.

Also do gentle massage with muscle relaxant ointment and do warm compresses with a heating pad on affected area.

You can elevate your leg and exercise it.

Wear ace bandage to see if it gives some relief.

Apart from this, as you have clogged ears, facial pain, stuffy nose so it may suggests the possibility of Sinus infection and Eustachian tube blockage.

Do steam inhalation and saline gargles.
Do nasal irrigation which may be very helpful in your case.

Take OTC cetirizine as well.
Spray with nasal saline several times per day.
Use a humidifier in your room.
Elevate your head side of bed.

Try sudafed decongestant for 3 days.

Take OTC Meclizine to relieve nausea and vomiting.

If you have severe chest pain then visit ER.

Otherwise make an appointment with your regular doctor tomorrow for a clinical examination for further evaluation and management.

I hope this helps.

Also take multivitamin supplement and vitamin C tablets.

Take OTC Prilosec.

Avoid spicy,fried food,caffeine,carbonated beverages.

You can try over the counter anti-allergy eye drops , Alaway/Zaditor eye drops, 1 drop twice a day for 2-3 weeks along with lubricating eye drops( refresh tears eye drops, 1 drop 4 times a day).
