Firstly i want to assure you that your young age,chances of any serious health condition like Heart attack are very less likely.
Tingling sensation in foot can be associated with nerve compression at it's path so it's intermittent.
And it can be associated with lower back pain.
Other possible cause may include Tendonitis.
So you can take OTC Tylenol.
Also do gentle massage with muscle relaxant ointment and do warm compresses with a heating pad on affected area.
You can elevate your leg and exercise it.
Wear ace bandage to see if it gives some relief.
Apart from this, as you have clogged ears,facial pain,stuffy nose so it may suggests the possibility of Sinus infection and Eustachian tube blockage.

Use a humidifier in your room. Elevate your head side of bed.
Try sudafed decongestant for 3 days.
Take OTC Meclizine to relieve nausea and vomiting.
If you have severe chest pain then visit ER.
Otherwise make an appointment with your regular doctor tomorrow for a clinical examination for further evaluation and management.

You should hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.
Also take multivitamin supplement and vitamin C tablets.
Take OTC Prilosec.
Avoid spicy,fried food,caffeine,carbonated beverages.
You can try over the counter anti-allergy eye drops , Alaway/Zaditor eye drops, 1 drop twice a day for 2-3 weeks along with lubricating eye drops( refresh tears eye drops, 1 drop 4 times a day).
Take proper rest.
And consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.
