For some reason I can't enter chat, it disconnects. JP has all of the above problems plus just not a big desire to correct anything. will antioxadants help her? If so which ones. she might follow that.

About 10% weight loss may be required to have improvement.
She needs to take a balanced diet rich in vegetables & fruits.
She should have regular exercise, adequate physical activity.
Walking daily is a good habit in this regard.
She can take a consultation with a dietitian to help with her weight loss.
Antioxidant like vitamin E has been seen to show improvement in non diabetic NASH.
She can discuss with doctor about it.

Does she take any medicine for diabetes?
Yes but I don't know what. I will find out. the green tea and blueberries should not hurt her, I would not think.
