About two weeks ago I cleaned up mold in a basement using a 2/1 h20/bleach mix. I was wearing a mold respirator(which probably needed a different filter for gases) and didn't smell any fumes at the time, but this week have noticed tightness and have had coughing. I know I probably did some damage to my lungs, but do you think that it's anything permanent or will go away on it's own. That's about a 1.75% sodium hypochlorite solution. I'm not really spitting up anything out of the ordinary
