I have heard it said that people need to eat 25 grams to 35 grams of fiber per day. To my surprise, the other day when I went to the convenient store, there was a sandwich with nutrition information that said that this sandwich contained 40 grams of fiber. Is it possible to get all the necessary quantity of daily fiber in just one convenient store sandwich? Thank you for your assistance.
Hello,

Welcome to Just Answer.

The intake of fibers depends on calories you take.

It is recommended to take 14 gm per 1000 calories.

If you take 2500 calories daily it would be 35 gm /day.

If you get it from one sandwich then it is ok.

If you have any further query, please feel free to ask.

Regards.
