911Doctor :

is the feeling inside the chest or outside?

911Doctor :

is this your first pregnancy?

Customer: Inside
Customer: Third
911Doctor :

are you having trouble swallowing or is this more a breathing issue?

Customer: I'm having trouble swallowing but that is due to a sore throat
911Doctor :

okay

Customer: I don't struggle to breath
911Doctor :

so it's just a sensation in your chest and doesn't affect your breathing or swallowing?

Customer: I can feel it when breathing but or sent cause any problems just uncomfortable
Customer: Right
911Doctor :

and how long has it been there?

Customer: I've been noticing for a week
911Doctor :

okay

911Doctor :

have you ever had a blood clot in your legs or lungs before?

Customer: No
911Doctor :

good

Customer: My husband thought indigestion ??
911Doctor :

any problems with your previous pregnancies?

Customer: No. All very easy pregnancies.
911Doctor :

good

Customer: I do have hypothroidism
911Doctor :

so indigestion is very common as pregnancies progress

911Doctor :

okay thanks for that info

Customer: Was diagnosed last year
911Doctor :

the key is to consider dangerous possibilities

Customer: I'm on a higher level 150mmg but no issues like palpitations
911Doctor :

you don't describe any dangerous symptoms so the only dangerous possibility I could think of would be a blood clot in the lung... quite common in prengancy, but usually with a history of clots in the leg

911Doctor :

so this is unlikely with you

911Doctor :

and I think a common thing like reflux (indigestion) is very probable

911Doctor :

when do you have your next appointment with your doctor?

Customer: 2 weeks
911Doctor :

okay

911Doctor :

are you taking anything now to try to help with this?

Customer: No Rubbing it seems to help
Customer: But I rubbed so hard last night now it's sore :)
911Doctor :

so it would be safe and reasonable to try some Tums or Rolaids to see if this helps and then discuss this with your doctor in two weeks

911Doctor :

reasons to go sooner would be chest pain, fever, productive cough...

911Doctor :

but this sounds like one of those little irritations of a normal pregnancy
