Do you recommend natural home remedy, or cosmetics like dark age spot corrector or laser treatment?

Thanks for providing more information.

This is essentially a hyper pigmentation,I will advise that you see a dermatologist and discus with him about prescription bleaching creams (hydroquinone) used alone or with retinoids (tretinoin) as this will be able to take care of your age spots on your face.

You can also ask for laser therapy, which destroys the extra melanocytes that create the dark pigment without damaging the skin's surface.

Treatments with a laser typically require several sessions but this is also considered other treatment option for your age spots too.

In the meantime most safely over the counter you can use alpha-hydroxy acid creams which will over time lighten them some, not all the way.

Topical isotretinoin cream by night and a sunblock cream with SPF 50+ by day twice daily is necessary.
You can try Aloevera gel which also can be effective.

Hydrate yourself with lots of water.

Take proper sound sleep of 6-8 hours.

Avoid spicy,fried food.

Avoid smoking,alcohol if you take.

And make an appointment with a dermatologist for further management.

Hope this helps.
