Do you have any sweeling at the elbow?
It is likely you have nerve impingement at the elbow causing the finger numbness.
Ulnar nerve entrapment is the likely cause.
This can be due to the repeated pressure on the elbow.
Ibuprofen should help with the pain.
Apply heat over the area alternating with ice.
Use a elbow splint
Give some rest.

ok i know with out proper testing you cant be sure but what are the normal signs that i should worry about if it was heart related
The pain should be more left sided chest oriented, shortness of breath, dizziness.
And also given your age and no pre existing heart condition.
