Welcome to Just Answer.
Did you consult doctor for back pain?
I did, I went to get it checked out after I bent and hurt it, but she didn't think it was anything serious. But I've had back pains before (not as bad as recently), and I just wanted to make sure it was okay.
Did you have any test? Do you take any medicine?
I took an aleve, which helped a little bit, but as days passed, I did slowly get better. No tests were taken
The pain in the lower back can occur from a few possibilities.
It can be due to slipped disc, deformity of spine.
In some cases it can be due to weakness of muscles of the back.
Physiotherapy can be helpful.
You can also apply warm compress there.
In most cases they are not serious issues in your age.
What about the other symptoms? Like with my legs/fatigue/dry mouth/blood in stool? Could they be associated with each other?
How frequently do you pass blood in stool?
Not very frequently. My stools are pretty normal, but it'll be maybe 3 days, sometimes before my period
Did you discuss it with your doctor?
Do you feel any pain?
Pain during passing stool?
I don't feel any pain, and I don't believe I have discussed it with my doctor
Passing blood in stool can cause anemia.
This can cause fatigue, weakness.

In most cases, it is hemorrhoid which causes blood to come.

But you should get an examination by doctor.
Inflammatory bowel disease can be a factor.
Though it is usually associated with pain.
I actually have become a very anxious person in the last couple of months. Sometimes I will feel light headed randomly and begin to worry. I have recently read a story on reddit about a 23-year old who had an incurable kidney cancer, which is why I became worried about what I was feeling
so do you think that this is something I shouldn't worry about? I appreciate your input!
How is your urine?
Urine seems normal
I would advise not to worry about cancer.
Kidney cancer would not cause blood in stool.
Please do not get worried but discuss the passage of blood in stool with your doctor.
He can take examination of rectum, scope etc.
If you have any further query, please feel free to ask.
I have a last query, about anxiety...I was never typically an anxious person but lately I've been feeling really anxious. And at times of anxiety, I start feeling light headed, almost dream-like. I can still function and balance, but I begin to feel nervous. Is there anyway to fix this? Or is this anything to be worried about? I appreciate your help!
Anxiety can come from various issues.
The health issues need to be resolved.
This can help to relieve your anxiety.
Sometimes cognitive behavioral therapy can be needed.
it’s been a pleasure working with you
Please feel free to ask, if you have any further query.
Thank you very much for your help! Just wanted to make sure that the dream-like feeling can be associated with anxiety?
