And, do not try difficult postures of yoga at home, if you are not comfortable doing..
Take gatorade which is rich in electrolytes and will help to replenish those lost in your sweat.
Gatorade is OTC
Do not take any other drinks which are just rich in sugar and not electrolytes.
Drink more than 3 liters water during training.
zero sugar gatorade is ok? the ones with sweetners
No, ones with sugars are good enough.
Artificial sweeteners are unhealthy.
Sugars with electrolyte is a good combination.
Try riptide rush.
and when drinking during a game do i sip gatorade? and do i drink hald a bottle or less?
