thanks very much i would like to ask further i also have trouble

thanks very much i would like to ask further i also have trouble preparing and taking the field mentally, i am unable to rekindle my on field awareness and "strikers instinct" which i developed after playing at the highest level my whole youth career even in the slightest manner i cannot re develop that natural talent whatsoever.....i feel its gone and complete history but deep down i feel that cannot be true i have only just had my 28th birthday and have many years left in the game so ive been told,i have trouble concentrating and i never felt so lost and unsure about something in my whole life when im on the field or training paddock...i do not exercise my brain as in i do not socialise much nor do i work full time...and keep to myself alot, how can i have a healthy and strong mind when game day comes.. and any links or advice to help with serious concentration techniques would also be appreciated.
