I accidentally took my levothyroxin this morning, and then pre-natal vitamins less than 2 hours later.
I may or may not be a few days into being pregnant - and I know that low thyroid levels mean bad things for the intelligence of a baby... if the vitamins stop the Levo from absorbing... is that enough to cause problems? Should I take another Levo dose? It's not a high dosage .05 MG...

Pre-natal multivitamin and Levothyroxine have no known drug interaction and doesn't affect on each other absorption.

So you shouldn't worry.

And take your Levothyroxine next dose as per scheduled.

It would be recommended to take the Levothyroxine 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals and the multivitamin with a meal.
Even it's good to take Levothyroxine and pre-natal vitamin at different meals time.(breakfast-lunch)

Hope this helps.
