Hi,Thanks for providing more information.
As per your description, bloating, flatulence, pain, gurgling sounds in abdomen suggest possible differential diagnosis like Indigestion,Irritable Bowel syndrome.
And you are hearing sounds which we call borborygmi. These sounds are due to the movement of fluid and gas through the intestines and are completely normal. If you are experiencing an increase in these sounds, this may be due to an increase in gas in your intestines. This is often due to an increase in intake of gas producing foods/substances, such as fructose, sorbitol, lactose, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, potatoes, corn, noodles, beans and wheat. So avoid them. You should try OTC Mylanta and metamucil.
Also take OTC Prilosec empty stomach to see if it provides good results.
Drink least 8 glasses of water per day.
Purchase Bio- K over the counter which is an excellent probiotic.
Dont go to bed early after dinner.Dont take fluids at the end of meal take them at start and at middle of meals.Dont use too much refined sugars, carbonated beverages..
If you develop severe pain abdomen and unable to pass gas, stool then you should visit ER to rule out Intestinal bowel obstruction.
Otherwise consult yoru family doctor as well.
