You had diarrhea and vomiting likely from viral infection.
This can cause the changes.
Glucose 20 mg/dl also can be from stress.
Infection related stress.
They are not concerning.
The fasting blood sugar and a1c level can be checked once you get better to rule out diabetes.
what is the a1c and how do we check for that
a1c is a blood test to check for diabetes.
A1c provides average blood sugar over preceding 3 month period.
fasting blood sugar also needs to be done.
120 is on the high side but due to the infection and stress that could have elevated the number? last time I had it checked a year ago it was 102.
still it is not diabetes since the value is below 125
