Hello, I am 22 year old male. I am physically fit and everything is fine with average height and weight. But, its almost been a year that i always feel sleepy even i have good sleep of 8-9 hours. i feel sleepy most of the time. I dont know what is going on. I dont know is it a disease or not. i dont know if it is a eating disorder. i don't smoke or drink as well.. but i drink occasionally. I dont know what to do.. I need little help..


Do you have blurred vision,lightheadedness?

Any history of viral infection?


Generalised bodyache?

Stress and anxiety?

Have you seen a doctor so far?

Are you taking any medications?

1) No, i dont have blurred vision , lightheadedness.

2)No, history of viral infection

3)fatigue sometimes

4)no generalised bodyache

Well feeling fatigue,exhaustion,sleepiness all the time can be associated with anemia,Thyroid dysfunction,low blood sugar levels,vitamin deficiency,low blood pressure.

So a clinical examination by your regular doctor should be considered.

In the meantime you should hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.

And try Gatorade energy drink.

Also start a multivitamin.

Your doctor may advise further blood work like CBC,ESR,Thyroid function test,blood sugar.

Your blood pressure should be monitored as well.
