i have bloated tender tummy and lower back ache. 3 days now.

Please describe exact position of pain in abdomen- right or left, upper middle or lower?
Does pain from abdomen goes towards back?
Do you have associated nausea, loose stool or fever?
Do you have painful urination?
Did you had any back injury?
For how long you have this problem?

all over lower abdomen - cant pinpoint pain to certain area - but very uncomfortable


yes the pain goes towards the back


feel a bit nauseous but no sickness or fever

There are few possibilities for your condition.
Such symptoms can occur with Urinary tract infection or a kidney stone.
Also Ovarian cyst may cause similar symptoms. A common condition irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)also has to be checked.
A clinical evaluation is necessary to make a diagnose. You need to get these tests done-
-Urine test,
-Complete blood count,
-Ultrasound of abdomen.

Once the cause is evaluated you will be advised management accordingly. For the time, Take plenty of fluids, Take Motrin for pain. You should avoid large fatty and spicy meals.
The treatment for kidney stones is to stay well hydrated and pain medication. For urinary tract infections antibiotics may be prescribed.
I would suggest, that you should not delay and see doctor urgently and get it managed ASAP.
