Only on the right side of neck. I don't think so. I have no cough. I have gone to the hospital in the past with my upper right side hurting. I have had appentix out and my gall bladder checked and that was fine. I get tired a lot. Thats why I was test for mono. I went off my birth control just to see what would happen. Im not taking any medication. Would blood work detect mengitius?

Hello,
Lymph node enlargement commonly results from infection / immune response or chronic inflammatory conditions.
A clinical evaluation and blood tests are necessary for diagnosis.
You doctor can advice blood test and lymph node biopsy to make a diagnose.

You can take OTC Tylenol and take adequate rest. You should keep yourself hydrated and take plenty of fluids. Take healthy and well balanced diet. Yoga and meditation will be helpful. You can take a multivitamin regularly and keep yourself involved in work.

Please consult your doctor for clinical checkup and get appropriate management.
