I am happy to discuss it with you, but if there is anything you tell me about what happened that makes me worried about a heart attack you must go to the ER now.
simply type in the box at the bottom of the page and click 'reply'
and I will be able to talk with you
are you there?
so what happened this morning?
how are you now?
I FEEL FINE ALITTLE TIRED, NO PAIN BP IS 16/104 PULSE RATE 114
so your heart rate is a bit high....
SORRY BP 146/106
your pulse rate is high
what happened this morning that makes you think you had a heart attack?
pulse has run high for several days, as high as130 my dr. blames it on my bronchitis and smoking
okay, but you specifically mentioned something happening this morning.... aside from the high pulse, what happened that makes you think you had a heart attack?
have you had one before?
pulse always high got up to 130 the other day
I understand that.... andXXXXXtoo high
but did you have any pain or shortness of breath or anything else?
started yesterday evening with pain in back, i thought it was in my lung. increased as night came. tried to go to bed, but it went from my back to my chest and arm. got upand it eased some. took my bp and then a nitro. felt better soon after.
then you absolutely need to go to the ER.
that's a very worrisome story
and along with your smoking history
and tachycardia (high pulse)
and the pain, and the nature of the pain
you need to go
and get checked
because if you have had a small heart attack then a big one can follow
and a big one, as you know, can be fatal
so I would not take a chance
I would go now to the ER
could there be something wrong with the stint
and I didn't know you had a stent
but there is no way to know anything
without an EKG
simply no way
you need to go now to the ER
I'm sorry to tell you
but it is the safe and correct thing to do
sorry i sent it guess it didn't go through
ok thank you for your expert help
I know you don't want to go
you are welcome.... it is the right thing to do
and if you haven't taken an apirin, take one
do you have any final questions about this for me?
no guess i will head out thank you again
good luck, I hope it's nothing, but I'm glad you are going
