I am a good person and I need to stop blaming myself for the past
I agree
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It wasnt my fault. They are 100% responsible for their actions and i am 0% responsible.

You're right
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I usually am

So did you just come up with this over night?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I dont know

No matter but that's real progress on your part
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I really am trying

And doing very well
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Anything you want to know?

What do you plan to do with your revelation that none of this was your fault?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Nothing

Nothing at all?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I didnt know i had to do anything with it

Well, I'm glad you've come to that conclusion but it usually doesn't happen that you just realize it wasn't your fault and somehow you suddenly just let it all go.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

What am i suppose to so?

Well for now just go with the flow and don't worry too much. Let's see if you feel the same way about it tomorrow.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Ok

Of course, just realizing you weren't at fault is only part of it--we still need to address the anger and resentment
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

How?

Well first you need to acknowledge you have them
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I do have them

http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-therapist-is-in/201009/find-freedom-in-forgiveness
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Thats too much information

Too bad--just something for you to look at and think about
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

too bad, really? Youre not being very nice

Just read it and think about it and stop complaining about whether or not I'm being nice. You asked what to do about anger and resentment and I gave you something to look at
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Alrighty

Read it, think about it, and then get back to me
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Ive read it and i still dont know how to do it

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Im not ever going to feicken forgive them

Don't think you understand what's meant by forgiveness--it's not the same as letting bygones be bygones or erasing the slate as if it never happened. And it's not saying they weren't responsible and shouldn't undergo any consequences of their actions.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I think this is dumb

You would but I assure you it isn't
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

And that article didnt help me much

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I think i sound wheezy and My chest hurts

Can't tell you much about the physical part again--doesn't sound like anything you need to see a doctor for. No article is going to help you much unless you reread it and think about it but I guess you just don't want to do that
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have reread it and i still dont understand it. So whatever

Not going to push it but what exactly do you mean by you don't understand it?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Its like the information isnt stickinf. Ive reread it 4 times

OK--we'll try that later then
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I dont think you believe me

I do but I think subconciously you don't want to work on it and that's OK--you came a long way just by admitting you weren't at fault
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

but i do want to work on it

Well, that article gave you things to do that don't seem too complex to me--maybe you should just do them
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Whatever

Just try--all I ask
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have been and you know that

I meant the instructions in the article, but as you say, whatever
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I give up

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I am trying my hardest but i dont think that that is good enough for you

OK--just let it go for now but this is why you need a therapist to guide you through it
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No therapist. im doing fine without one

We'll see
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

are we calling it a night

Well, I'm kinda sick--flu--need to get under the covers and try to get some sleep
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yucky. I hope you feel better. Maybe watch some Dexter

Thanks--usually only takes a day or two for me--talk to you later
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Do you feel better

A liitle, thanks-still feel like a truck ran over me--tired and sleepy
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Im sorry.

I'll live, thanks. This only happens to me about once every three years
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I saw my dr today and he mentioned POTS. what do you think?

Have you had an ultrasound of your ovaries?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

not talking about anything with my ovaries

Oh--sorry--POTS. OK. Good thought--a little difficult to diagnose
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

He said something about tilt table study. he also said that he thinks the cardiologost is wrong and that my tachycardia isnt from anxiety. That anxiety doesnt make you tachycardic everyday all day

That's one test, yes.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes what

The tilt table test is one of the diagnostic tools for POTS
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

What do you think about what he said about the cardiologist being wrong

If this is a consistent tachycardia and not just from time to time, I agree it's not anxiety
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I just want to know whats wrong with me. Its annoying to be lightheaded

Could definitely be POTS
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

What symptoms do i have that are symptoms of POTS

Fatigue, dizziness, tachycardia, abdominal pain, headaches are all possible POTS symptoms
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

How is a diagnosis made

The tilt table test and blood work for certain antibodies and for catecholamine levels.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I think i have a sinus headache

OK--don't know what to say about that
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have appt with my therapist on tuesday

Thought you'd come to the conclusion that you don't need therapy?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have

So I guess you aren't going to keep the appointment?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I might

So why did you tell me you had the appointment?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

My dr put me back on metoporol. Ame meclazine

Actually those are used for POTS
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i think he just prescribe me them because he doesnt know what else to do

Well, they could very well help.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i just dpent the last 4 hours with 2 of my friends

Great--what did you guys do?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

We made food for the Peds nurses xmas party tomorrow

OH yeah I forgot about that. So was it a fun time?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yea

Glad to hear it
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Thanks. Are you feeling better?

Almost--just a little tired still
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

im sorry

Thanks for caring.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No problem

Anything more for tonight?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

In your opinion what do you think is causing my lightheadedness and tachycardia?

POTS is something that for some reason I didn't consider because it more often hits when you stand up from sitting for a while, but I think POTS is a very likely diagnosis
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

really?

You do have the right symptoms
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Youre not just saying it cuz i want you to?

You know better than to ask me that
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i guess

Anything else?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I guess not. Feel better tomorrow

Kinda tired--talk at you later
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have blood in stool

again. can i just ignore it

I think this time you can unless it gets really heavy
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Ok. One other thing my visions been getting blurry when i get really lightheaded and my face is flushed

Could be a drop in blood pressure--not uncommon with POTS
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

My lightheadedness is the worse it ever been

What's your blood pressure?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Idk

Are you taking the metoprolol?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

did this am

It could be that--it may have dropped your pressure too much
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i dont know. I feel like shit and like im going to vomit

Well, lie down for a while
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

120/80

Not bad--then it isn't the metoprolol
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

What should i do. I had a couple times i was sure i was going to pass out and starting seeing black

There's only one answer for that--go to the ER
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Anything besides going to the ER. i have to work

Nothing you can do on your own, no.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

do you think i should talk to my Dr

At least do that
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

My pulse is 150

Still could be POTS--I just can't help ypu out right now--talk to your doctor.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I did

And?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Told me to increase metoporol and referre. me back to cardiology

Well, with your pulse still up, I understand increasing the metoprolol
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

That doesnt really help me right now

What exactly do you want me to say? Do you really think I can wave a magic wand and make you better?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Youre kinda being a jerk

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

My dr ordered a carotid ultrasound and echo

To see if the problem is either a transient ischemic attack or a cardiac arrhythmia I suppose.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The carotid u/s was normal

Good
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Are you feeling 100% better yet?

Maybe 80%
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

That sucks

I don't look at it like that--I just keep busy to stop from dwelling on how tired I feel.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

thats good i guess. I had an echo in like march do you really think its necessary to have another one?

No, but I guess you didn't ask why get another one?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

yesterday he left clinic early and tokd his nurse that he wants an echo and carotid u/s. so he wasnt there to ask

Can't see a reason unless he didn't know about the last one you had.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

he ordered that last one. I have a question.

OK
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I know you cant examine me, but im having pain in my chest like a couple inches to the left of my sternum. What do you think?

Tell me more about it.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Itsa sharp pain. Its pretty constanT. Every once in a while itll intensify for a bit and then lessen

And deep breaths don't make it worse? No tenderness?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

deep breathes dont make it worse. And its not tender

Hard to say then--I can't rule out your heart.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

you dont have any idea

It's your heart until ruled out. Possibly pneumonia but you don't have any other symptoms.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I thought maybe a chest cold?

That really isn't a medical term--I guess you cpuld have the symptoms of that with the flu, but not just in one area. Pulmonary embolus is another possibility
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Anythig i have to be concerned about

Not a fair question.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It it too

Not fair because you're asking me whether or not you should ignore it and not have it checked out. I won't say that.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

If you knew nothing about me, would you say id be fine,

Where did you come up with that ridiculously incorrect statement?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

im just asking if you knew nothing about me would you still think it could be heart related?

I would have told you exactly the same thing if this was the first time we communicated.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

so what do you recommend?

You know the answer to that--get checked out
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Not working this afternoon. Id have to drive an hour one way

You do this to me a lot. All I can say is you should get it checked out just to be safe.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Im not doing anything to you. It was an honest question

I meant I tell you to get something checked out and you say things like it's too far to drive or can you wait until Monday.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

well can it wait?

Still not fair. Why bring these things up if you won't take my advice? If I had to guess I'd say waiting on it would be OK but that's just guessing.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Im an almost 24 year old whos in pretty good health With a normal ekg like 3 weeks ago.

Yes but you're not my patient and a normal EKG doesn't exclude a coronary artery problem. And, like I said, this could be a pulmonary embolus
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It could be a embolus. Ans i could go to the dr and they could do a ddimer which would very likely be elevated like it has been all 4 times ive had one done. Which would then lead to a ct. Im worried about my real parents they were in an accident

What kind of accident?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Vehicle. My momsays shes now coughing upblood and peeing blood

I assume they went to the hospital?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

They both told the dr they were fine when they were at the hospital

Well, she at least needs to be seen again.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

she wont. Right now they are on ther wau to texas

Well, whatever then.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Ok.
