My husband is moody..angry...depressed. won't talk and sleeps a lot . Taking his need for depression regular. Back and forth to the pcp for 10 yrs. Highs and lows more lows. What should I do.

He is on lexapro...not working feel like he might hurt himself. Haven't seen a therapist. Little scared of them...d u know any good ones in the Seattle/ tacos area? Uw ...perhaps?
