Hi,
I am aware that the "thing" is on my tongue, but have no associated pain with it.
Prior to having this thing on my tongue, I had a day/night where I felt very unwell - I thought I may have come down with something, I felt like I was going to be sick, but wasn't.
I do drink, but not excessive quantities. I have never smoked.
It's been three days that I've had it.
I am not constipated.
I have not taken any antibiotics recently, though I did take some paracetamol yesterday for a headache. Other than that, I have not taken any medications recently.
Not particularly that I can think of, I've had eczema before and have dry skin issues at times. But nothing particular severe.

The white spot on your tongue is possibly because of Candida albicans(Oral thrush) and you should use anti fungal lozenges and capsules like Diflucan etc.
