my left eye and the left side of face including my upper and botXXXXX XXXXXp seem to be drawing up then releasing and doing it again. It has been happening for about 3 - 4 days. The drawing only lasts for just seconds.

the botXXXXX XXXXXd seems to pull down and the lips and cheek are pulling up .. and it all happens at one time, not individually ... squeezing together

It may not be anything serious, like the single eyelid twitch that people get from time to time, but, considering your age, it needs investigation. While I don't think these are transient ischemic attacks--threatened strokes, that could be what's going on here. Other possibilities include electrolyte imbalances, a thyroid condition, or even a brain tumor or something with the facial nerve as in the start of Bell's palsy. You need to have your doctor know about this.
