Two hours ago I took the directed dose of Phenazopyridine (2 pills at 95 mg each). No relief yet. Can I take another dose?

When I take the medication again, should I try a different brand? The product has worked for me in the past so I don't understand why it's not working this time around. Can you think of a reason it's not working. I plan on going to the doctor tomorrow but that is 7 hours from now and I'm not able to sleep. I just took 300 mg of IBP.
Sometimes, there can be individual variation or a severe infection.You can try different brand.You have just taken IBP.It can take effect after a few minutes.
Would you recommend I go to the emergency room now rather than wait 7 hours to see a doctor.
You can wait 1/2 to 1 hour to see whether the pain medicines help.If the pain does not decrease, you can consider going to ER.
