Thank you:

If I understand your question; she started her period before completing the active pills?

How long has she been taking the birth control pills?

Has there been any change in pills?

Customer replied332 days and 12 hours ago.

Yes, she started before last week of active pills, she has been on a year...no changes in pills

Thank you:

There are a number of reasons why she may have started her period early, including illness, drug interactions (prescription medications etc), or even stress.

She should finish the active pills, but there is no medical reason why she would need to take the placebo pills before starting her next pill cycle.

Ok, so she should wait until the next sunday to start her pills, will she probably not start her period like normal because of starting early....

When would she complete the active pills in her current cycle?

Customer replied332 days and 11 hours ago.

Today, Saturday....so should she wait until next Sunday like normal to start new pack

Actually, there is no need to wait till next week.

She can start the new cycle this week. You may be familiar with birth control pills such as Seasonique, where women only have 1 period every 3 months. There is no specific medical reason why a woman needs to have wait to start the next cycle.

Here is an excellent article on this issue
