i had a girl go down on me with out a condom but never any unprotected sex. i always worn a condom that happend 3 years ago and i have only bin with 2 other girls in that time and it has been all protected sex...i have had no symptoms either just the burning in the head of the penis and the rash on the shaft of my penis that goes down to my genitials there not open sores though there a rash....yah there is burning sensation when i pee and alittle bit of pain in the head of my penis when i start peeing..
Hi,Thanks for providing more information.With oral sex,risk of STDs is lower as compared to unprotected vaginal sex.As per your description,you seem to be suffering from a urinary tract infection.Burning while urination is a classical sign of UTI.In some cases UTI can be due to STD as well.So you should be seen and further test like urine routine,urine culture for further diagnosis and management.Your doctor may want to prescribe antibiotics as per the sensitivity in the culture report.
