Sitting long time can cause muscle spasm and stiffness around the tailbone area.
Also the nerve get pinched during sitting resulting in these symptoms.
The symptoms improve with stretching or exercises.
You can use donut pillow to sit on to relieve pressure on the tailbone.
Warm water compress or hot tub also helps ti relax the muscles.
