Just soreness without any weakness or any other symptoms does not suggest anything serious.
Anxiety is making you think the worst.
Please do not worry.
Drink adequate fluids like Gatorade.
This will help hydrate the muscles.
Massages will be helpful.
heating pad helps.
tylenol or ibuprofen also can be used.
what about the the back of my head it also feels really sore too is this from this as well
this is also from muscle spasm.
will get better over time and above measures.
