Hello JA customer, I am happy to help you today.

I wonder what tests you have done till date to know the causes for the swelling on one leg only.

Swelling in one leg is most likely to be due to problems in the lymphatics or the veins which normally drain blood from the lower limb back to your heart.

For this, you should get a doppler ultrasound study of the affected leg.

If the ultrasound study shows any disease with your leg veins or lymphatics, surgical correction may be an option for you. In that case, you have to see a vascular surgeon.

If the swelling has been progressively increasing, you should see a vascular specialist immediately.

If the swelling is present on both the legs with the left leg being bigger, this may be a systemic disease.
