A few days ago, either a lump or something swollen had formed in my upper arm. This 'lump', located in the inner portion of my arm, above and to the left of my elbow, is painful when I put pressure on it, especially when I sleep. I also feel this pain like a strain when I lift my arm above my head.Is there a possible diagnosis for this?
Optional Information: Person's Gender: Female Person's Age: 20 Already Tried: Giving it a few days for the pain to subside, or the 'lump' to slowly go away.

No, I do not.

No it's only at the lump where this is a pain.
Is this lump fixed or movable, hard or soft, compressible or non compressible?
It is fixed, hard, and non compressible.
Thanks for information.
Looking at your all details it looks that this ma be a enlarged lymph node.
The lymph node enlarges due to some problem in the draining area.
The draining are for this node is inner aspect of arm & lower upper limb.
You should have some investigations like TDLC,ESR,CRP,X RAY OF THE AFFECTED LIMB WITH CYTOLOGY EXAMINATION FROM THE NODE to know the reason behind its enlargement.
Mean while you may have a good analgesic like advil or alleve for relief.
You should consult to your doctor to have complete investigation .
Hope this all will help you.
Ok, thanks for your help.
Welcome.
Wish you a happy & healthy life.
