no swelling.
some tenderness and (i think) sub-surface bruising at the spot I fell on my outer left arm, about 3-4 inches above my elbow.
Thank you for the information,Numb feeling of the arm seems to be due to injury to nerve.Radial nerve passes about 3-4 inches above my elbow.There can be crack in the bone too though you do not have apparent swelling.I would advise to get an examination by doctor.You need X ray/ scan or other tests.Till you see doctor you need to keep the arm at rest.I hope this information helps.I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.Please feel free for any follow up query.Regards.
