anal pain
Optional Information: Person's Gender: Male Person's Age: 47 Already Tried: navy urologist says im fine...i have to relieve pressure (my guess), by masterbating once a week if i dont i get a extremely sharp pain happens when i lie down to sleep for the night this pain will last 30 min or more. ive had it run from the anus all the way down the bottom side of the penis to the tip a few times. i used to work in construction no work now i think im getting lazy ass i think its a muscle problem

happened daily until i furgured out if i masterbated it woudl go away only 2 times has it actually hapened after masterbating ive got iit down to a science now need to masterbate once a week i can actually feel a slight discomfort telling me to fix it

Just to correct myself, do you feel a sharp pain at night, which can even wake you up?
what happens ill lie down to sleep and jsut as im in stage 2 rem sleep i will feel the pain kick in it rarely happens while im awake go figure
And it stays there for thirty min or less or more?
i have this abnormal pain threshold paper cut sting but ive have soem major accidents with no pain. for example i put a chainsaw to my leg 8this anal pain really hurts doubles me over inches long 1/2 inch wide to the bone..no pain...but

Have you seen general surgeon or a gastro doc so far so see rectum from inside?

navy doc sent me to an urologist (butt doc?) looked for prostate problem
there at a loss and gave up

But we cannot be sure till you see a gastro doc or general surgeon who can actually look in to the rectum to rule out other local causes.

Just a proctoscopy is required first
There are two things that should be considered in your case.
Levator ani syndrome or proctalgia fugax.
k im changing docs so ill ask the new one for a proctoscope
ohh weird words ahve to look that up...lol
Proctalgia fugax is more likely because of sharp pain, however needs a doctor to confirm.

But we can only consider these diagnosis after we have ruled out local causes with proctoscopy.

yeah gotta get my paperwork transfered to the new hospital then i can use there doctor and get that protoscopy
