My niece has been having severe headaches. Head Ct was negative

My niece has been having severe headaches. Head Ct was negative but LP had opening pressure of 28. She has been diagnosed with pseudo tumor cerebri and is currently taking Diamox with only slight improvement. any other ideas of what to check for or try. She is waiting to have an MRI also

Brain tumors, aneurysms and also blockage of the ventriucular system in the brain can cause increased intracranial pressure.

MRI with contrast will provide more information that CT scan.
