i am wanting to become healthier

i want to address things like weight, screening tests i need at my age, vitamins i should be taking, and anything else you think i should talk about to become a healthy individual

let's start with weight- given that I am 5'3" and 165 pounds, should i lose weight? how much?

i had a physical 18 months ago- weight was not addressed, blood pressure, cholestrol, cbc, and thyroid were all in check at that time by the way
