Hi Parinaz and thank you for the question.

There are many ways you can help prolong life. Taking care of your body and getting regular check ups by your Dr will play a huge role in this. When I say taking care of your body, I mean, stop smoking if you smoke, eat a healthy diet, get plenty of rest, have fun, exercise at least 3-4 times per week, avoid sun exposure, try to stay as stress free as possible, and see your Dr to make sure you are staying healthy. Your Dr will keep a check on things like your blood pressure, and make sure you have regular physical exams as needed as well as routine screening tests like colonoscopies which usually begin at age 50. While we can't prevent our mortality, we can certain postpone it and have a little fun while doing it.

Well, unfortunately that is not true. I'm sure as Medicine progresses, many enhancements will be available in the future to help prolong life, but not stop us all from dying. All of our bodies will wear out eventually.
