For a woman who has regular cycles, ovulation will typically occur around day 14 (meaning 14 days after the start of her last period).
If you have unprotected one week prior to ovulation, the chance of pregnancy is very low.

Even without ejaculation in the female, pregnancy is a possibilty. Some men's pre-ejaculate does contain sperm.

The chances of pregnancy in your scenario (one week prior to ovulation, exposure to small amount of sperm) are extremely low. Some women do not ovulate regularly and therefore I cannot say the chance of pregnancy is zero.

is it possible with only 20 secs of sex that way she can get pregnant

Pre-ejaculate, as mentioned, does contain sperm in some (but not all) men.
The amount of sperm is much lower than ejaculate, though, making pregnancy much less likely to occur.

It is highly unlikely that she will become pregnant through this scenario. But, there is always the slim chance.
