I have tenderness, bloating, and gas all around my stomach area. My pain is moderate but sometimes it is severe.

Hello,

You may do following measures;

1) Maalox or Tums
2) Nexium or Prilosec
3) Probiotics
4) Probiotic yogurt
5) Stopping Ibuprofen would help. Take acetaminophen for the pain instead. Ibuprofen can cause soreness in stomach, throat and dry mouth.

You should seek an appointment with your primary care physician / GP. Any moderate to severe pain warrants an evaluation by the doctor. Gall bladder dysfunction, peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are possibilites of the diagnosis.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.
