Welcome to Just Answer.

How long the symptom is there?

Did you take any medicine?

Is there any other previous disease?

Thank you.

Thank you for the information,

Tingling sensation in left arm along with high blood pressure can be due to heart disease like angina or attack.

Tingling sensation can come from other causes like a pinched nerve, neuropathy, deficiency states.

I would advise to get an examination by doctor in ER.

Doctor can then decide about tests after physical examination.

An EKG, blood tests will be helpful.

You need to treat this high pressure also.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.

Please feel free for any follow up query.

Best wishes
