About 3 weeks.
Some pain, very little redness.
It does look like a pimple but no puss.
No fluid or crusting.
Could have been from shaving but some of the little white bumps are on the bottom of my upper lip where I don't shave. Very tiny little white bumps.
Thanks for all the infromation,
Common causes of bumps near lips are Fordyce granules - these are sebaceous glands that contain no hair follicles and are very common , herpes labialis, Contact dermatitis or allergic reaction to certain foods or toothpaste , milia , infected hair or sweat glands. This can be milia, which are benign, keratin-filled cysts. Secondary milia are found anywhere on the body at the sites affected by the predisposing condition. They arise following blistering or trauma due to disruption of the sweat ducts.
The lip bumps can be symptoms of different ailments, it is important to seek a medical diagnosis for proper treatment options.
