The symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness, strange eye sensations, etc can all be related to anxiety/panic disorder. Other causes include stress, dehydration, thyroid disorder, vitamin deficiency, anemia, abnormal heart rhythm. I recommend that if not already done, you see your doctor for basic blood work such as CBC, CMP, TSH, Vitamin B12, B6 levels as well as an EKG and physical exam. This does not sound like a tumor, so I would not worry too much about that as a cause. But I do recommend that you see your doctor regarding this symptoms.
Have you seen your doctor for it? Any medications/ therapy??
You may benefit from increasing dose of Zoloft and Xanax since at this dose your anxiety is not well controlled. I recommend you see your prescribing physician regarding this.
I understand. Working with a therapist about this will be beneficial.
Correct. I don't think your symptoms are indicative of a life threatening disease.

The ache is likely an inflammation of the rib cage from exercise, etc. You can take ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours as needed.
