Mid left Arm ache between elbow and shoulder which limits arm

This answer was rated:

Mid left Arm ache between elbow and shoulder which limits arm movement extending outward from body.

The point of your pain is the point at which the biceps muscle inserts into the bone of the arm. Since the biceps muscle is also the main muscle used to lift the arm, chances are that you have injured this muscle. It is likely that the biceps tendon is ruptured or injured.

You will need an MRI for an accurate diagnosis.

I hope this helps.
