A bad migraine and continuous vomiting (if she is unable to keep anything down, that predisposes for the dehydration and electrolyte imbalance), which is unresolving should be evaluated by a doctor. There may be other concomitant cause of these symptoms apart from migraine. Any fever, neck stiffness, very low or very high pulse are the other manifestations with these symptoms, which would further warrant an early evaluation by a doctor.
