Hi--before I answer, can you tell me about the pain?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
It started as back pain but increased to localized pain from the right kidney. Hurts terribly when I stand, lie flat on my back, or arch my back. Bad pain spasms if I don't take Tylenol every four hours.

Well, the medication can cause joint and back pain but it would be a little unusual for it to cause just one sided back pain. I'd suggest you discuss with your doctor the possiblility of stopping the medication for a while to see if the pain resolves. If it doesn't, then you need an MRI of the back and blood and urine studies to determine the cause.
