Milk has proteins, carbohydrates and some fat as well.
Hence, technically you can live off of milk and multivitamins.
Definitely better than water.
Milk does provide some balanced nutrients in that sense along with multivitamins.

i said you could live off of Milk and Vitamins for 6 months....
thats prob not true
6 months too long can cause some nutritional deficiency
but still possible with large amounts of milk
what would you say is better for you -
a few glasses of whole milk a day
I my self, am not a big eater.....use both.
because they are quick.
and i seem to stay the same weight.

4-5 miles a day

yes this is good as long as it is low fat
