Dr. Singh :

Hi,

Dr. Singh :

Do you have a history of migraines? Does this headache feel like other headaches you have had in the past?

Customer:

No, I usually dont get migranes, and I usually don't feel nauseous either.. today is a special case

Dr. Singh :

Where is your headache?

Dr. Singh :

Any other symptoms other than the nausea? Such as sensitivity to light? Noise?

Customer:

i was feeling slightly dizzy when I was walking, but am ok when I am sitting

Customer:

it's more towards the left side of my head

Dr. Singh :

In the front by your eye or the back?

Customer:

more the back

Dr. Singh :

Ok.

Dr. Singh :

You can try drinking fluids and taking a medication such as Excedrin.

Dr. Singh :

Other things you can try are a heating pad to the neck or massage to the neck

Dr. Singh :

to loosen your neck muscles as they can under stress tighten up and lead to headaches

Customer:

I don't have excedrin available right now... is there anything else I could take?

Dr. Singh :

Ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve

Customer:

ok thanks... yeah I've been having some neck pains recently, so it could be that

Dr. Singh :

If your symptoms worsen, or continue daily you need to see your doctor

Customer:

ok thank you!
